2. Eligibility & Excluded Territories

2.1 Open to natural persons aged 18 or over (or the age of majority in their place of residence, if higher) at the date of entry, who have a delivery address in a country to which the store they enter on delivers.

2.2 The draw is not open to, and no entry will be accepted from, residents of the following (the "Excluded Territories"):

• any country or territory subject to comprehensive sanctions administered by the UK, EU, UN or US (including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Belarus, and the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions); and
• any other jurisdiction where this draw, or any element of it, is prohibited, or where it would require registration, notification, authorisation, licensing or the payment of a levy that Boxraw has not obtained or made. Boxraw reserves the right to treat any such jurisdiction as an Excluded Territory at any time, including after entries have been received.

2.3 Employees, officers and agents of Boxraw, its affiliates, and their immediate families and households are not eligible.

2.4 Participation is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. How To Enter

3.1 To enter, go to the Strike One product page at uk.boxraw.com, eu.boxraw.com or boxraw.com during the Entry Period, choose the style (Lace or Twin Strap), colour and size you wish to buy if selected, enter your email address, tick the box to agree to receive emails about the draw and BOXRAW marketing emails (clauses 10.2 and 10.3), and confirm your entry. The box must be ticked to enter. By confirming your entry, you agree to these terms and the privacy notice.

3.2 Entry is free. No purchase or payment of any kind is required to enter, and no payment details are requested at entry.

3.3 One entry per person. If you enter again, your new entry replaces your earlier one. Duplicate entries, including entries made by the same person using more than one email address or through more than one store, will be removed before the draw. Entries generated by script, macro, bot or any automated means, bulk entries and entries made on behalf of third parties are void. More than one person at the same address may enter and be selected.

3.4 Each entry is entered into the draw for the store on which it is made. If selected, you must complete your purchase on that store, in that store's currency, for delivery to an address to which that store delivers that is not in an Excluded Territory.

3.5 Entry Period: entries open on Tuesday 13 October 2026 and close at 11:59pm on Wednesday 21 October 2026, in the local time of the store used: British Summer Time (uk.boxraw.com), Central European Summer Time (eu.boxraw.com) or Pacific Daylight Time (boxraw.com) (the "Entry Period"). An entry submitted before the close of the Entry Period counts even if it is received by Boxraw's systems after the close, provided it is received before the draw is made. Entries submitted after the close of the Entry Period will not be accepted.

3.6 You may withdraw your entry at any time before the close of the Entry Period by emailing contact@boxraw.com from the email address used to enter.

4. The Gloves Available

4.1 The draw covers 106 pairs of BOXRAW Strike One gloves, in the styles (Lace and Twin Strap), colours and sizes shown on the product page. In these terms, a "glove" means a particular style and colour.

4.2 The available pairs are allocated across styles, colours, sizes and the three stores. The number of pairs available for any particular glove and size on a store varies and, in many cases, is one or two pairs.

4.3 If fewer pairs are available than stated in clause 4.1 for reasons outside Boxraw's control (for example, faulty stock), fewer entrants will be selected in the draws affected.

4.4 Selected entrants may buy one pair of the glove and size they entered for, at the standard retail price for that glove in the currency of the relevant store, as shown on the product page and at checkout. Standard delivery is free. No other fee or charge is payable to Boxraw.

5. Selection

5.1 Selection will take place on the morning of Thursday 22 October 2026, after entries have closed on all three stores. A separate draw is made for each glove, size and store. The number of entrants selected in each draw equals the number of pairs available for it; if there are no more entries than pairs, every valid entrant is selected.

5.2 Entrants are selected at random by a verifiably random computer process. Your chance of selection depends on how many valid entries there are for the glove, size and store you entered for, and on whether you hold one entry or two (clause 5.3).

5.3 Black Card: Black Card is Boxraw's free loyalty scheme. An entrant who is a Black Card member when the draw is made, and who enters using the email address registered to their Black Card account, receives two entries in the draw instead of one.

5.4 Boxraw will record, for each draw, the date, method, number of valid entries and the entrants selected.

5.5 Boxraw's determination of eligibility and of the outcome of each draw is final in matters of judgment, but nothing in these terms limits an entrant's statutory rights or right to complain to a regulator.

6. Results & Purchase

6.1 Every entrant will be emailed the result of the draw from contact@boxraw.com on Thursday 22 October 2026. Selected entrants will receive a personal checkout link for one pair of the glove and size they entered for. That pair is held for the selected entrant while the link is valid.

6.2 The checkout link is valid for 24 hours from the time the email is sent. If you do not complete your purchase within that time, the link is cancelled, your allocation lapses and the pair may be released for general sale, including to customers who have signed up for back-in-stock alerts.

6.3 Being selected does not oblige you to buy. If you do not wish to buy, you need take no action.

6.4 Checkout links are personal to the selected entrant and are not transferable. The purchase must be made by the selected entrant, in their own name. If a payment is declined, you may try again or use another payment method at any time while the link is valid.

6.5 If a checkout link is sent in error, for example to someone who was not selected or for more pairs than are available, Boxraw may cancel the link. If a purchase has already been made through it, Boxraw may cancel the order and will refund in full everything paid for it.

6.6 Entrants who are not selected will be given early access to the rest of the Strike range on Thursday 22 October 2026, as described in the results email.

6.7 Boxraw will only ever take payment through the checkout of uk.boxraw.com, eu.boxraw.com or boxraw.com. Boxraw will never ask an entrant to pay by any other means, or to pay any fee to be selected or to access a checkout link. Any communication asking for payment in any other way is fraudulent and should be reported to contact@boxraw.com.

7. Sale Terms

7.1 Any purchase made through a checkout link is a sale governed by the standard terms of sale of the relevant store (available on that store's website), including your right to cancel and return the goods within the period stated in those terms. Gloves bought through the draw cannot be exchanged for a different size, style or colour. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

7.2 If, through error, a pair offered through a checkout link is found to be unavailable after you have paid, Boxraw will tell you promptly and refund in full everything you have paid for it.

8. Entrant Warranties

By entering, each entrant warrants and represents that:

• they meet the age, residence and delivery requirements in clause 2, and are not resident in an Excluded Territory;
• all information submitted is true, accurate and their own;
• they have not used automated means, multiple identities or email addresses, or third parties to enter; and
• they will comply with these terms and all applicable laws in connection with the draw.

9. Right To Refuse Entries, Disqualify & Cancel Orders

9.1 Boxraw reserves the right, at any time and without liability, to refuse, reject, remove or disqualify any entry: (a) from an Excluded Territory or from any jurisdiction where the draw is prohibited or restricted; (b) that is a duplicate entry, or is suspected on reasonable grounds of fraud, automation or breach of these terms; or (c) submitted using false or third-party information.

9.2 Boxraw may use the email address, IP address, name, delivery address, payment details and other reasonable means to identify duplicate or automated entries and to verify an entrant's eligibility, and may rely on that verification.

9.3 Where an order made through a checkout link is found to result from an entry that breached these terms, Boxraw may cancel the order and will refund in full everything paid for it.

10. Data Protection, Privacy & Emails

10.1 Boxraw is the data controller for entry data. Entry data (email address, the store used, the glove and size chosen, Black Card status and the IP address used) is processed to administer the draw, select entrants, send draw results, checkout links and early-access information, send marketing emails (clause 10.3), prevent fraud and duplicate or automated entries, and meet legal obligations. The lawful bases are performance of a contract and taking steps at your request before entering into one (administering your entry and any purchase), legitimate interests (draw integrity and fraud prevention), consent (marketing emails) and legal obligation.

10.2 By entering, you will receive emails about the draw and the Strike launch that form part of the draw: confirmation of your entry, your result, any checkout link, and early-access details for the Strike range. You will receive these even if you unsubscribe from marketing emails.

10.3 By entering, you agree to receive marketing emails from Boxraw about its latest products, launches and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Unsubscribing does not affect your entry or your chance of selection.

10.4 Payment details are collected only at checkout, by Boxraw's payment providers, and are processed in accordance with the relevant store's privacy notice. Payment details are not collected at entry.

10.5 Entry data will not be shared with third parties except processors acting for Boxraw and where required for legal or regulatory compliance. Your email address is kept for marketing until you unsubscribe. Other entry data is retained for 12 months after the close of the Entry Period and then securely deleted, except where longer retention is required by law. Data relating to any purchase is retained in accordance with the relevant store's privacy notice.

10.6 Entrants have the rights set out in applicable data protection law (including access, rectification, erasure, objection and the right to withdraw consent to marketing at any time). 11. Limitation Of Liability

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law: (a) Boxraw shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from participation in the draw; (b) no compensation is payable for not being selected, for an allocation lapsing under clause 6.2, or for an entry being refused, removed or disqualified under clause 9; and (c) any purchase made through a checkout link is governed by the relevant store's standard terms of sale (clause 7).

11.2 Nothing in these terms excludes or limits Boxraw's liability for: death or personal injury caused by its negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any liability or consumer right that cannot be excluded or limited under the law applicable to the entrant. Clause 11.1 applies subject to this clause 11.2.

12. General Disclaimers

Subject to clause 11.2, Boxraw makes no warranty and accepts no responsibility for:

• email delivery, including results or checkout links delayed, filtered to spam or undelivered;
• website, platform or entry-system functionality, or entries that are lost, corrupted, misdirected, duplicated or not received before the draw is made; and
• technical errors in the random selection process, provided the affected draw is re-run fairly where a material error is identified.

13. Suspension, Termination & Changes

13.1 Boxraw may suspend or terminate the draw, or amend these terms, only where necessary due to events outside its reasonable control (including technical failure, fraud or automated activity affecting the integrity of the draw, legal or regulatory challenge, or force majeure), and provided the change does not materially disadvantage entrants who have already entered. Notice of any change will be posted on the Strike One product page and, where practicable, emailed to entrants.

13.2 If the draw is terminated before selection, Boxraw will, where lawful and practicable, make the draw among valid entries received up to the date of termination. Suspension or termination does not affect any purchase already completed through a checkout link.

14. Severability & Waiver

If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, it shall be severed or modified to the minimum extent necessary in that jurisdiction only, and the remaining terms remain in full force. Boxraw's failure to enforce any term is not a waiver of future enforcement.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

15.1 These terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction, subject to clause 15.2.

15.2 If you are a consumer, you additionally benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident, and nothing in these terms affects your right to bring proceedings in, or rely on the consumer protection rules of, your country of residence where applicable law gives you that right.

15.3 To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis and entrants waive any right to participate in class or representative actions or (in jurisdictions where jury trial exists) trial by jury. Where such a waiver is not permitted, it shall not apply, without affecting the remainder of these terms.

15.4 Any challenge to the conduct or outcome of the draw must be notified to Boxraw within 30 days of the close of the Entry Period, without prejudice to rights that cannot be limited by contract.
