Measure around the widest part of your chest, keeping the measuring tape horizontal.

Measure around the narrowest part (typically your lower back), keeping the measuring tape horizontal.

Hips

Measure around the widest part of your hips, keeping the measuring tape horizontal.

Inner Leg

Measure from the top to the bottom of your inner leg, following the leg seam.
Please note: The Hagler Sauna Suit 2.0 runs true to size. If you purchased the original Sauna Suit in a larger than normal size, you won’t need to do this for the Hagler Sauna Suit 2.0.
