1. Promoter

The promoter is BOXRAW LTD (company number 10118084), registered office: Ground & First Floor Offices, Herbert Art Gallery, Jordan Well, Coventry, England, CV1 5QP ("Boxraw"). 2. Eligibility & Excluded Territories

2.1 Open to natural persons aged 18 or over (or the age of majority in their place of residence, if higher) at the date of entry.

2.2 The promotion is NOT open to, and no entry will be accepted from, residents of the following (the “Excluded Territories”):

• Italy, Poland and Portugal (jurisdictions requiring prior authorisation or registration of prize promotions regardless of free entry);
• the US state of Rhode Island;
• any country or territory subject to comprehensive sanctions administered by the UK, EU, UN or US (including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions);
• any other jurisdiction where this promotion, or any element of it, is prohibited, or where it would require registration, notification, authorisation, licensing, bonding, a local representative or the payment of a levy that Boxraw has not obtained or made. Boxraw reserves the right to treat any such jurisdiction as an Excluded Territory at any time, including after entries have been received.

2.3 Employees, officers and agents of Boxraw, its affiliates, and their immediate families and households are not eligible.

2.4 Participation is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Entrants are responsible for establishing whether they may lawfully participate (see clause 7).

3. How To Enter — No Purchase Necessary

3.1 Purchase route: place an order during the Promotion Period at uk.boxraw.com, eu.boxraw.com or boxraw.com that includes at least one item from the Chávez x BOXRAW collection, being the products listed at uk.boxraw.com/collections/chavez, eu.boxraw.com/collections/chavez or boxraw.com/collections/chavez (as applicable) at the time of the order (a "Qualifying Order"). Entry is automatic on placing a Qualifying Order; no subscription to marketing emails or any other action is required. If a Qualifying Order is cancelled or returned in full before the prize is dispatched, the entry is void and any prize passes to a reserve entrant (clause 5.2); this does not affect your statutory cancellation and return rights.

3.2 Free entry by post: no purchase or payment of any kind is necessary. To enter free of charge, post a card or sheet stating your full name, email address, country of residence and the words "Chávez x BOXRAW Prize Draw — Free Entry" to: BOXRAW LTD, Ground & First Floor Offices, Herbert Art Gallery, Jordan Well, Coventry, CV1 5QP, United Kingdom. Postal entries must be posted on or after Wednesday 16 September 2026 and posted (postmarked) no later than Sunday 20 September 2026, and must be received by Boxraw no later than 5:00pm (UK time) on Friday 2 October 2026. Postal entries are entered into the same draw and have the same odds of winning and the same eligibility for prizes as purchase-route entries. No subscription to Boxraw marketing emails is required for postal entry.

3.3 A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. One entry per person, by either route; where more than one entry is received from the same person, only the first valid entry will count (determined by the time the Qualifying Order is placed or, for postal entries, the postmark date) and any further entries are void. A maximum of one prize per person. Entries generated by script, macro, bot or any automated means, bulk entries, third-party entries and photocopied or mass-produced postal entries are void.

3.4 Entry is free apart from the entrant's standard cost of internet access or postage, which is not a payment to Boxraw and confers no advantage.

3.5 Promotion Period and closing times: the Promotion Period runs from 6:00pm (UK time) on Wednesday 16 September 2026 and closes at 11:59pm on Sunday 20 September 2026 (the "Closing Date") in the local time of the store at which the Qualifying Order is placed —

Orders placed after the applicable closing time are not Qualifying Orders.

4. The Prizes

4.1 There are four (4) prizes in total: (a) two (2) Chávez x BOXRAW t-shirts, each signed by hand by Julio César Chávez — approximate retail value of the unsigned t-shirt: £50 (UK store), US$65 (US store) or €65 (EU store); and (b) two (2) Chávez x BOXRAW collector cards, each signed by hand by Julio César Chávez. The collector card is the collectible card supplied with Chávez x BOXRAW products; it is not sold separately and has no retail value; it is awarded as a signed collectible. Signed items are supplied as signed; no certificate of authenticity is provided.

4.2 One prize per winner. . Prizes are allocated in the order drawn: the first and second valid entries drawn each receive one signed t-shirt (size allocated by Boxraw from available stock; no exchange); the third and fourth valid entries drawn each receive one signed collector card. A reserve entrant (clause 5.2) takes the place, and receives the prize, of the entrant it replaces. Purchase-route and postal-route winners receive the same prizes on the same basis. Prizes are delivered to the winner's address free of charge: Boxraw pays all delivery costs and any customs duties, import VAT or similar charges arising on delivery of the prize (see clause 6.2).

4.3 The total value of prizes awarded to winners resident in the United States will not exceed US$5,000, and the total value of prizes awarded to winners resident in the European Union will not exceed €2,500. These limits will not be exceeded in any circumstances; where the random draw would otherwise exceed a limit, the affected selection will be replaced by the next reserve entrant drawn under clause 5.2.

4.4 Prizes are as stated; there is no cash alternative and prizes are not transferable. Prizes will be dispatched within 30 days of validation of the winner's claim.

5. Odds & Winner Selection

5.1 Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received across both entry routes.

5.2 Winners will be selected by random draw conducted by verifiably random computer process, or by or under the supervision of an independent person, on Monday 5 October 2026 (the "Draw Date", 15 days after the Closing Date). Two (2) reserve entries will be drawn at the same time, in order, for use under clauses 3.1, 4.3, 6.1 and 9.3. The date, method, supervising person, order of selection and total entry count will be recorded.

5.3 Boxraw's determination of eligibility and of the outcome of the draw is final in matters of judgment, but nothing in these terms limits an entrant's statutory rights or right to complain to a regulator.

6. Winner Notification & Prize Claims

6.1 Winners will be notified by email within five (5) business days (Monday to Friday, excluding English bank holidays) of the Draw Date. Winners must respond and complete prize validation within 30 days of the notification being sent, failing which the prize is forfeited and will be awarded to the next reserve entrant drawn under clause 5.2 or, if no reserve remains, donated to Boxing is Love (registered charity number 1200384).

6.2 Claiming a prize is free. Winners will never be asked to pay any amount, purchase anything further, provide payment card details, or incur any cost to receive a prize — including delivery charges, customs duties or import taxes, all of which Boxraw will pay. Winners need only confirm a delivery address. Any communication demanding payment to release a prize is fraudulent and should be reported to Boxraw.

6.3 Boxraw may require proof of identity, age and residence before releasing a prize, and may withhold a prize until reasonably satisfied of the winner's eligibility.

7. Entrant Warranties

By entering, each entrant warrants and represents that:

• they meet the age and residence requirements in clause 2, and are not entering from, or resident in, an Excluded Territory;
• their participation is lawful in their place of residence, and they have verified this before entering;
• all information submitted is true, accurate and their own;
• they have not used automated means, multiple identities or third parties to enter;
• they will comply with these terms and all applicable laws in connection with the promotion.

8. Taxes

8.1 Other than delivery costs, customs duties and import taxes on the prize, which Boxraw pays under clause 4.2, winners are solely responsible for any personal tax, levy, social charge or reporting obligation arising on their prize in their jurisdiction, and should take their own advice.

8.2 Where any jurisdiction imposes on Boxraw a withholding, levy, tax, registration or reporting obligation in respect of a prize (other than the delivery and import charges Boxraw has agreed to pay), Boxraw may (a) pay or account for the required amount, (b) award the prize by an alternative lawful delivery method, without altering the prize, or (c) where the award cannot lawfully be completed, apply clause 9.3.

9. Right To Refuse Entries, Disqualify & Withhold Prizes

9.1 Boxraw reserves the right, at any time and without liability, to refuse, reject or disqualify any entry: (a) from an Excluded Territory or from any jurisdiction where the promotion is prohibited, restricted, or subject to any authorisation, registration or levy that Boxraw has not obtained or paid; (b) suspected on reasonable grounds of fraud, automation, multiple entry or breach of these terms; or (c) submitted using false or third-party information.

9.2 Boxraw may use IP address, billing address, delivery address and other reasonable means to verify an entrant's place of residence, and may rely on that verification.

9.3 Where awarding a prize to a particular winner would, in Boxraw's reasonable opinion, be unlawful or would expose Boxraw to a registration, authorisation or tax obligation it has not accepted (delivery costs, customs duties and import taxes under clause 4.2 being obligations Boxraw has accepted), Boxraw may withhold the prize and award it to the next reserve entrant drawn under clause 5.2. In such cases the affected entrant's statutory rights are unaffected but no compensation is payable in respect of the withheld prize.

10. Winner Details

In accordance with the UK CAP Code, the surname and county (or equivalent region) of prize winners will be made available upon request to persons entitled to make such a request — for example, the Advertising Standards Authority or any other relevant regulatory authority. Requests should be made to contact@boxraw.com within three months of the Draw Date. Winners may object to their details being made available, or ask for reduced detail, by contacting Boxraw; where a winner objects, Boxraw will provide details only where required, including to the ASA if requested.

11. Data Protection & Privacy

11.1 Boxraw is the data controller for entry data. Entry data (name, email address, country, order reference, the IP address and billing address used for verification under clause 9.2 and, for winners, delivery address) is processed to administer the promotion, select winners, award and deliver prizes and meet legal obligations. The lawful bases are performance of a contract (administering your entry), legitimate interests (promotion integrity and fraud prevention) and legal obligation (tax and regulatory compliance).

11.2 Entering this promotion does not subscribe you to Boxraw marketing emails and no subscription is required to enter. Any marketing emails are sent only on the basis of consent given separately from these terms; you may unsubscribe at any time, and doing so does not affect your entry or your chances of winning.

11.3 Entry data will not be shared with third parties except processors acting for Boxraw, delivery carriers (for prize delivery), as described in clause 10, and where required for tax, legal or regulatory compliance. Entry data is retained for 12 months after the promotion closes and then securely deleted, except where longer retention is required by law.

11.4 Entrants have the rights set out in applicable data protection law (including access, rectification, erasure and objection). 12. Limitation Of Liability

12.1 TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: (a) Boxraw shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from participation in this promotion; (b) Boxraw's total aggregate liability to any entrant, whether or not a winner, is limited to the t-shirt prize value stated in clause 4.1(a) (£50 for residents of the United Kingdom, €65 for residents of the European Union and US$65 for all other residents); and (c) Boxraw is not responsible for the conduct of third parties, payment processor errors, delivery carrier errors in respect of Qualifying Orders, or tax consequences for the winner.

12.2 Nothing in these terms excludes or limits Boxraw's liability for: death or personal injury caused by its negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any liability or consumer right that cannot be excluded or limited under the law applicable to the entrant. Clause 12.1 applies subject to this clause 12.2.

(a) we exclude liability for any injury, loss or damage arising from the Inherent Risks (as defined in clause 5.2), including those associated with Combat Sports and High-Risk Activities except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence;

(b) we exclude liability for any injury, loss or damage arising from misuse, failure to follow instructions, failure to replace Protective Equipment once worn, expired or unfit for purpose, failure to comply with age restrictions, use in non-sporting or demonstration contexts, alteration or modification of the Protective Equipment, use of the Protective Equipment in inappropriate environments or without proper supervision, or arising from resale, supply or distribution of Protective Equipment to third parties without ensuring that those third parties have accepted the warnings, restrictions and Inherent Risks set out in these Terms;

(c) our total liability shall not exceed the price paid for the Protective Equipment, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, as set out in clause 12.2;

(d) we shall not in any circumstances be liable for indirect, special or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of reputation arising from or in connection with the Protective Equipment; and

(e) we do not provide training, medical, safety or technical advice in relation to the use of Protective Equipment, and no statement made by us, on our website, or on packaging shall create any such duty.

12.4 We are not liable for business losses. We only supply the products for private use. If you use the products for any commercial, business or re-sale purpose we will have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.

13. General Disclaimers

Subject to clause 12.2, Boxraw makes no warranty and accepts no responsibility for:

• an entrant's own eligibility — entrants are responsible for verifying that they may lawfully enter (clauses 2 and 7);
• email delivery, including winner notifications delayed, filtered to spam or undelivered;
• website, platform or entry-system functionality, or entries that are lost, late, corrupted, misdirected or duplicated;
• technical errors in the random selection process, provided the draw is re-run fairly where a material error is identified;
• unauthorised third-party access to data, save to the extent caused by Boxraw's breach of applicable data protection law; and
• risks related to shipment or delivery of Qualifying Orders, which are governed by Boxraw's standard terms of sale.

14. Suspension, Termination & Changes

14.1 Save as provided in clauses 2.2 and 9.3, Boxraw may suspend or terminate the promotion, or amend these terms, only where necessary due to events outside its reasonable control (including technical failure, fraud affecting the integrity of the draw, legal or regulatory challenge, or force majeure), and provided the change does not materially disadvantage entrants who have already entered. Notice of any change will be posted at uk.boxraw.com, eu.boxraw.com and boxraw.com and, where practicable, emailed to entrants.

14.2 The Closing Date will not be changed unless circumstances outside Boxraw's reasonable control make it unavoidable, in which case entrants will be notified and entries already received will remain valid.

14.3 If the promotion is terminated before the draw, Boxraw will, where lawful and practicable, conduct the draw among valid entries received up to the date of termination.

15. Severability & Waiver

If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, it shall be severed or modified to the minimum extent necessary in that jurisdiction only, and the remaining terms remain in full force. Boxraw's failure to enforce any term is not a waiver of future enforcement.

16. Governing Law & Disputes

16.1 These terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction, subject to clause 16.2.

16.2 If you are a consumer, you additionally benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident, and nothing in these terms affects your right to bring proceedings in, or rely on the consumer protection rules of, your country of residence where applicable law gives you that right.

16.3 To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis and entrants waive any right to participate in class or representative actions or (in jurisdictions where jury trial exists) trial by jury. Where such a waiver is not permitted, it shall not apply, without affecting the remainder of these terms.

16.4 Any challenge to the conduct or outcome of the draw must be notified to Boxraw within 30 days of the Draw Date, without prejudice to rights that cannot be limited by contract.
