The Role

The Role
As a Content Creator Intern, you’ll play a key role in crafting bold, authentic content that embodies the Boxraw brand. Reporting to the Head of Brand, you’ll learn how to bring campaigns to life from pre-production to post-production, whilst working with our Team on content for our website, social media channels and marketing materials. Main Accountabilities
Content Creation
- Conceptualise and produce bold, authentic digital content for social media, e-commerce, and product campaigns that embody the passion and determination of the boxing lifestyle.
- Assist in capturing and editing photo and video content to create high-quality assets that inspire and engage.
- Collaborate with Brand and Marketing teams to solve creative challenges and deliver fresh, impactful ideas to push boundaries.
- Streamline content from freelance creators to ensure consistency and alignment with Boxraw’s brand standards.
- Scout and secure talent and locations for shoots to help bring creative concepts to life.
Brand Vision
- Maintain and elevate Boxraw’s content to reflect the brand’s unique identity and vision while strengthening the connection with our community.
- Bring fresh energy to content creation by proposing new ideas and optimising templates to keep Boxraw at the forefront of creativity.
- Immerse yourself in Boxraw’s mission, audience, and channels to create content that aligns with our purpose and resonates with the boxing community.

KEY SKILLS

THE ROLE
As a Product Intern, you will play a vital role in developing performance wear and lifestyle apparel that reflects the heart of boxing. Working closely with the Product Team, you’ll contribute to every stage of the product lifecycle, from initial concept to final delivery. This is a unique opportunity to play a part in bringing Boxraw’s vision to life and gain hands-on experience in product design, development, and delivery.
Main Accountabilities
Product Development
- Assist the Product Team in every stage of the design process, contributing to the creation of innovative performance wear and lifestyle apparel that embodies the boxing lifestyle.
- Support CAD work in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Organise and maintain a detailed log of fabrics, trims, samples, and care labels to ensure smooth product development workflows.
Operations and Organisation
- Collaborate with the buying and merchandising teams to align on product timelines and execute key milestones on time.
- Manage the upkeep of the Product Development room and oversee the organisation of incoming and outgoing post.
- Log and track shipments, ensuring that all materials and samples are accurately recorded and efficiently processed.
Trend Analysis and Insight
- Monitor and report on emerging trends across the sportswear and fashion industries. Identify opportunities that will elevate Boxraw’s product offerings.
- Stay updated on competitor brands, analysing their designs and functionality to contribute to Boxraw’s innovative edge.
